Lake Rukwa Development Organization (LARDEO) is a registered Non-Governmental Organization operating in Katavi Region, Tanzania. Originally known as the Anglican Church Diocese of Lake Rukwa (ACT-DLR), the organization transitioned to its current form in 2019 following regulatory changes that restricted religious institutions from engaging in civil development programs.

LARDEO was re-registered under Registration No. 00NGOR/0511 and continues to serve communities with a secular, inclusive approach to development.
